Darmouth College '98
Zack was a standout linebacker at St. Francis HS in Los Altos, CA, just outside of San Jose. When college coaches all but overlooked him, Zack's dad launched an aggressive recruiting campaign. In the end, Dartmouth College came calling.
As a 4-year starter for The Big Green, Zack earned All-Ivy League honors three times and was named All-America as a senior. The Arizona Cardinals drafted Zack in the 6th round, and he enjoyed a 5-year NFL career before retiring in 2002.
Zack's story of "overlooked HS prospect to NFL linebacker" gained national attention, and it compelled him to start a company to help prospective athletes avoid common recruiting pitfalls. It was here that he connected with Rex, and the rest, as they say, is history.
One of Zack's closest friends (and roommate) was Pat Tillman, the former Arizona Cardinal who was tragically killed in combat in Afghanistan.
